Please click Change plan settings next to the plan you used currently. The Power Options window will show up.Click on the Additional power settings link in the right pane.Make sure the settings are not configured to Never ( On battery power, turn off after and When plugged in, turn off after).Locate the Screen section and Sleep section in the right pane.Shift to Power & sleep in the left pane.Monitor Won't Turn On When You Start Dell/Samsung/HP Computer.
